What happens after the objection? ▾
The matter is not over: the creditor may move it into ordinary litigation, where reasons are then needed. But the objection stops the automatic path to an enforcement order and buys time to sort things out.
I missed the 2 weeks — is all lost? ▾
No, but harder: after the enforcement order there is still an Einspruch within 2 weeks. If that is missed too, reinstatement (Wiedereinsetzung) is possible on good cause — the exception. So better not miss the first deadline.
